The AQUAFORCE e-HV pump stations are pre-engineered and fabricated packaged booster systems designed to transfer and increase the pressure of clean water. The e-HV booster station features our e-SV vertical multistage pumps in two to four pump arrangements to deliver up to 780 GPM and 600 feet. Each pump is outfitted with Xylem’s industry leading Hydrovar® variable speed pump control/VFD with individual pump disconnects to ensure that each pump can be serviced without the need to shut down the entire station.
Each station is fully tested for flow and pressure and comes programmed ready to install.
The AQUAFORCE e-HV provides pressure boosting for a variety of industries and applications including:

This beautiful booster package assembled last week in Greensboro Fabrication and is a great example of cross team collaboration. This booster system features Goulds Water Technology e-SV, ITT PumpSmart, ESSCO enclosures and wiring with Tencarva Fabrication welding and assembling the piping and components.
The Triplex e-SV (vertical multistage high pressure pump) system is comprised of 3 e-SV multistage pumps mounted on a Tencarva fabricated common base.
The pumps are Goulds Water Technology 66SV with 75HP motors operating in multi-pump mode and are controlled by three version 6, ITT PumpSmart drives. The cabinet, drives, fusing, switching, wiring and controls were assembled and configured by ESSCO.
In addition to the pipe, welding and fabrication, the mechanical design work and AutoCAD submittal drawing that helped win the order were done by the Tencarva Fabrication Department in Greensboro.
The Aquavar e-ABII pump controller provides an economical answer for municipal and private water systems with low water pressure. Both domestic and light commercial above ground boosters can benefit.
As water use increases, the controller changes pump speed to maintain pressure. Large supply tanks are eliminated and up to 50% of the energy required by a full speed pump is saved.
Increasing competition for water resources has made water conservation a priority. Measuring the flow rate of water is the first step to good water management and can also be very important when installing lawn sprinklers.
The easiest way to measure flow rate is with a flow rate meter. However, if one is not available, there are ways to measure the cubic feet per second (cfs) flowing through your pipes by using formulas or tanks and stopwatches.
